Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. The service

MakeUpOnMe generates AI makeup previews on a photo you provide and related tutorials. The outputs are AI-generated, illustrative previews, watermarked as such — they are not photographs of applied makeup and may not perfectly reflect real-world results, product colours, or how a product will look on your skin.

3. Payment

• Access is sold as a single one-time payment of $9 USD for your generated looks and their tutorials. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Prices are in USD. Any VAT/GST or sales tax required in your country is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel. If you would like your data deleted, email support@makeuponme.com.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable once your looks have been unlocked.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because MakeUpOnMe delivers digital content immediately, when you request immediate access at checkout you expressly consent to us beginning at once and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation begins. The one-time fee covers content already delivered.

5. Your content and acceptable use

• You confirm you own or have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it depicts you (or someone who has consented). Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass or impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the photo you upload. We grant you a licence to use the makeup looks we generate for you for your personal, non-commercial use. The MakeUpOnMe name, software and content remain ours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. MakeUpOnMe is not professional, medical, or dermatological advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes, termination and governing law

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified and the date above updated. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
